Best Friends?

  No not really - I had a great friend during high school but after high school she kind of turned on me - and really during the last 34 years my husband was my only friend - I tried to get in touch after he passed with another person who had been a good friend but got no response so ......... I guess I'm a lone wolf.

I have had many best friends through life, but alas different paths for all of us. I have several good friends that I can talk to, but the closest thing to a best friend now is my husband. I wish I had a BF that was a girl. There are some things you just have a hard time talking to a hubby about.

I have a hard time trusting people and very difficult time making friends due to things happening in the past.

Someone once told me if you have a best friend you have everything!! I think this is really true if you have one person that chooses to always be there for you you do really have everything!!! Friends are the reason we survive I think!! Without them I don't know how people would survive this hard life without support, love and laughter!!
