I never even saw my mailman.  I have a 65 foot driveway where the mailbox is, so it's not like he comes to the front door to drop off the mail.

Aw, wish I had known about this sooner! My mailman is the same one we've had for years and years, a very pleasant fellow.  :)

I didn't see my mailman, today.  I managed to say thank you to my favorite mailman at Christmas time. :)
Have a great day!

My mail carrier doesn't deserve to be thanked.  And the B**ch that works in the post office I honestly believe puts effort into her B***hy attitude.  It can't be natural. lol

I didn't know about thank your mailman. They are very deserving of thanks (and a raise). In my area, they are working after dark and some places don't have lights on the streets, so yes, they are very deserving of our praise.

My Father had a yearly Christmas Thank You gift of money for the mailman. They do deliver the mail rain sleet or whatever. If anyone have a problem with the mailman then you have a problem a person having a job and trying to do it the best they can.

My mail carrier doesn't.  A stray snow flake will keep her from delivering the mail.  And no, having a problem with your mail carrier is NOT having a problem with a person having a job and FYI I don't know about anyone else's but MY mail carrier does not do the best she can.  She is lazy and if there is anything more than a flat letter I have to go to the post office and pick up the package myself because she won't bring it to my house.  The mail carriers are paid well and I would never give her money to do the job she is already paid to do.  Over paid to do actually.

My mailman has a history of not putting the mail in the right mail slots. A few years ago he gave my neighbor a box of checks (you could tell they were a box of checks) that were mine (it was correctly addressed with my name and address).

My mailman has been "thanked" by being reported to his boss! ::)
