Yesterday afternoon I started to notice that the Captcha code suddenly stopped showing up. I waited a full twenty minutes and the code hadn't appeared even once. This happened in both the Internet explorer and Goggle Chrome windows so clearly this is not a problem on my end. Before you say it is I would like to say that the settings on my computer are the exact same as they were when the code suddenly stopped appearing. I started Radio Loyalty up again today and a full half hour later still got nothing. That's a full day and the problem still exists.

twenty four hours later instead of getting the Captcha code to come up every ten minutes what happens is I suddenly loose the buttons along the side (the ones that let you change channels). Sometimes after I've lost the channels A captcha code comes up but it's like a flicker. I mean it shows up but leaves before I can do anything with it.

The Code did appear once two minutes after I lost the channel buttons then again ten minutes after that but the third time it appeared it claimed I typed the wrong code, went away and I didn't get another code or sound coming from the station I was on (with the channel buttons gone I couldn't even change channels). Something is still wrong with Radio Loyalty.

I tried Radio Loyalty on Google Chrome. The Code did come up at ten minutes once then the page never worked right after that.

I wish the commercials running along the side of the page gave as much problems as the Captcha code does.  Those commercials always work right.  It’s the channel buttons along the side I loose.  It’s the Captcha code that works funny.  Of course I had the problem with Radio Loyatly where if the commercial doesn’t load right on the side then the player part of the page doesn’t work.  I’ve had the sound bar all the way up and still got no sound from the page.

This happen to anyone else?  Every ten minutes the Captcha code is supposed to come up.  Every ten minutes like clockwork I lose the buttons on the side but if the station I am on happens to be is in a commercial break at the time the code doesn't come up.  Even when the station comes back after the break the code doesn't show up.  I've waited anywhere from 3 to a full ten minutes for the next code.  After ten and the code hasn’t shown I'm stuck shutting down the window and restarting where now I've lost two cents.  Why does it matter if the station is on a break or not when the ten minutes are up?  I have no control over that!  Ten minutes is ten minutes regardless of when the station’s break falls.  You’re still on the channel.

I’ve used both Google Chrome and Internet Explore.  I’ve even changed channels.  The code still only pops up when the station I am on happens to be in the middle of a song.  With Internet Explorer if the code comes up while a song is on but then the station goes to a commercial break the code leaves as soon as that commercial break happens.  If it’s on break at the ten minutes then the code will either not show up, show up with no puzzle to type, or puzzle works fine but there is no cursor so you can’t type the code.  In the last situation I’ve hit the new puzzle button, gotten a new puzzle but still no cursor.  In Google Chrome’s case I get no puzzle at all the page just restarts on its own or locks up and I have to close the window and restart it.  So it can’t be me it has to be something with Radio Loyalty because the code works absolutely fine when the ten minutes fall in the middle of a music set but I have no control over if the ten minutes falls in the middle of a commercial or not. I've tried to find a station with less commercial breaks but I don't understand what the station's commercial breaks have to do with the code not working properly.  I'm on the channel whether the station goes to a commercial or not and should be able to get the credit I deserve regardless of when those ten minutes fall.

Captcha code still doesn’t show up during commercial breaks.  I have changed channels from the dance station Electric Fm (which takes weird and long breaks) to another channel.  Mostly the country channel Thunder 106.1 because they are a regular radio channel with normal commercial breaks and they do a forty minute ‘thunderstorm’ of music so there is less likely a chance I wind up on a commercial break with them than another channel.  However when I do wind up in a ten minutes where the commercial break happens on Thunder, I still lose the channel buttons and the code does not come up.  However because Thunder is a regular station (like I said before) as soon as the break is over and the music starts again the code shows up.  So I don’t know why the stations’ commercials block the code or (another way of saying it) why the station needs to be ‘on air’ to get the code.  The reverse is also true that if the station is on air when the ten minutes are up the code shows up but if before I can type the code or hit the submit button the station goes to a commercial break the code leaves.

So I had filled out a help ticket for the ‘on air only’ showing of the captcha code no matter what station I was on but the tech group wrote me off claiming that they weren’t just that they have no access to the ‘fixing area’ of the radio loyalty site and told me to fill out a ticket to them.  So I did.  Got a prompt general ‘we got your support ticket’ email with the promise to get a tech reply within 24hrs.  Been three days and got nothing.  Problem still there but since I’ve stayed with the country station which is just Thunder 106.7 I don’t have too long a wait to get the captcha code back (because it comes on as soon as the station is back on air) which means it’s a lot less frustrating.  Since Thunder is a regular radio station it takes regular commercial breaks that are about 3min or so rather than Electric Fm which I used to use but their breaks aren’t commercial breaks they’re just ‘off air’ breaks in which they play music that can last up to a half an hour in some cases and in those instances I lose up to three cents which adds up considering this problem has been going on daily for at least a month.  Also Elelctic Fm is more ‘off air’ than ‘on air’ especially when you compare it to Thunder.  So basically I kinda solved the problem myself— or atleast made it more easier to handle which works for me.

Don’t know if this happened to anyone else but for two days in a row on both Internet Explore and Google the radio loyalty page has locked up. It worked for only a while and then just stopped. On Google it restarted but on Internet explorer it just crashed.  Now I filled out a support ticket on both Fusion Cash and Radio Loyalty for this problem.  Honestly it wasn’t just locking up on Radio Loyalty it was locking up on PTC as well and the Video page.  Now I just want to pause here to say THANK YOU FUSION CASH TECH TEAM.  By the third day they fixed problem and nothing locks up any more.  The stupid Radio Loyalty team just sent me an email claiming (basically) that it’s my fault their page doesn’t work.  The first thing they said was that I needed to clear out my browser history which I have no idea how to do with my internet settings upon delete history after exit and everywhere I look there is nothing saved on my computer anywhere. The second was to update my flash player.  There is no more updated flash player from adobe than the one I have.  I think Radio Loyalty Tech people just didn’t want to work or had no idea how to fix the problem so they claimed their messed up page was my fault.  Again THANK YOU FUSION CASH TECH TEAM.  You guys at least try and fix whatever problem there is rather than claiming it’s my fault.

I'm on a Mac, so I use Safari and Firefox for Mac, and I've been having the same problem with the CAPTCHA code.

Yeah, it's really annoying how the captcha wont show up when it's supposed to. I get frustrated.
