Some survey videos won't load.

It's that survey that is supposed to last 5 minutes and you watch commercials and you rate them using sliders afterward.

Sometimes, I reach a video that says "buffering" but it never completes. This is really costing me money. Plus I don't think I can execute a second attempt.
