she already hates school

I thank all of you for your comments.  I will be watching more closely to this situation.  The day this happened I took her to school, we were late, but she was happy to go.  This morning she was up and ready and running to the bus.  She gets on the bus at 7 am. and doesn't get home until almost 4 pm.  That is a 9 hour day.  I am not at my job that many hours in a day.  So every now and then, I will just take her to school, when I can.

I don't think it's preschool in general. I think it might be something else. She loved preschool and now she doesn't want to go to kindergarten, that doesn't make sense. Like other people said, talk to the her and talk to the teacher. If she's feeling better now and wants to go, good for her, but still look into it so that the problem won't happen again.
