I usually am on time.  I give myself plenty of time to get ready and allow for traffic especially if I have an appointment out of town.

The best way to "be on time" is to PLAN AHEAD!!!  Always make sure you have everything you are going to need ready - if work/school - get clothes ready the evening before, make sure backpack is ready to go, lunch made and ready and that you wake up with enough time to shower, eat breakfast, dress, etc. including AT LEAST 5-10 MINS. FOR RELAXING BEFORE YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR.  If you drive, make sure you allow plenty of time to get to your destination (that means be aware of just how much traffic you might encounter and how it may slow you down).   It's really all very easy once you get into the routine - so good luck!!!!!!!!

I am almost always on time.  I get to places early and then walk around...just so the other person will not have to wait.  It's rude to take up peoples time...but it's expected.  Oh well...have a great day everyone.

I was taught to be on time. if I was late for anything my father would have a fit and I would hear about it all day and night. in order to be on time put your clothes out for work or school the day before and iron them that night. get an early start on every thing. being late sets a bad impression of you.

Get started earlier than usual.....do certain tasks before bed.....set an alarm to remind you of the event you have to attend of where you have to go....and don't think about it, just do it.......just get moving, just do it......good luck....

I give myself a lot of extra time to get ready and get there on time. Better early than late.

That '5-10 minutes to relax' is probably a better way to think of my 'planning to stop whatever you're doing before.'

To make sure I wake up on time, I have an alarm set on my cellphone at 5:30 am from Monday thru Friday, and an alarm set on my Kindle Fire at 6:00 Monday thru Friday.  I don't really have to get up early on Saturday, but I have an alarm set on my Kindle Fire and my cellphone for 6:30 am on Sunday so I can get ready for church.  I will have to adjust the time for Sunday because my church is going to begin service at 8:00 am to 9:00 am.  Generally, we go to Sunday School, which is at 10 am and our worship services begin at 11 am.  It is the first time for our 8:00 am service, so I want to see how it goes.  For some reason, I didn't get up this morning until 6:00 am.  I have to put my alarm on snooze to insure I get up, and I dismissed it.   :rainbow:

Set all the clocks and watches in your house 15 minutes earlier.

Actually you need to set them 15 minutes later.

If I know I'm going to be short of time, I plan ahead. I get paperwork ready, do as much as I can before hand. I write myself notes to summarise where I'm at with a project so that I don't have to go through everything again. For work I would get clothes ready the night before, lay them out so I can get ready with my eyes closed. For meals, I plan the day before, I precook what can be precooked and cut up/blend what can be blended. It's all in the preparation and planning.

I have a really hard time being on time. For those of you who are always on time... how do you do it??
I hate being late for anything. I will get things ready the night before if I have somewhere I need to be the next day. I found that it helps to set the alarm for about 30 minutes earlier than I may think I need. That makes it a lot easier for a slow mover like me. I hate to have to jump up and rush around like a chicken with my head cut off; it tends to make me feel as though I am a step off the entire day.

i just make my self get up early  in the morning so i can get ready. i also give my self extra time to commute so if i get caught in a traffic i will have enough time.

To be on time..."leave early"  to accommodate any inconveniences.
