I would never go on one unless its some sorta athletic or intellectual challenge where you win alot of  money at the end. No love games or watch what my life is like type of stuff. But I am guilty of watching mob wives, bad girls club and a few others...

I would never go on one and I never watch them. I find them to be totally fake. I have seen a few and my opinion is simple, they are scripted. Nothing in them is reality. I like regular TV and mostly movies.

I watch Amazing Race, Survivor, Big Brother, and sometimes Dancing with the Stars.  I don't watch any shows that only show a star(?), life like the Osborns or even worse the Karsdashins.

as long as you go in to it knowing its fake, and just take it as fun, its fine.

Reality TV is not something I watch unless it's something like "Biggest Loser" which I feel is a WIN for everyone! I wouldn't consider going on one of those shows and its a shame that TV has been taken over by Reality TV.

The majority of the reality shows I don't watch - waste of my time.

I watched a few seasons of The Bachelor, when it was possible to actually see relationships forming, before the producers turned it into a dramafest.  Stopped watching it several years back.

I was a fan of The Amazing Race - that show I wouldn't mind being on as that would be an amazing opportunity to travel the world on someone else's dime.  I got out of the habit of watching that one several seasons back when they moved it to Sunday nights - just had too much other TV competition to try to tape/watch it later without being spoiled as to who was kicked off.  Once in a while I'll catch an episode if the commercials have the contestants in a country that's intriguing.

The only ones I still watch are the dancing ones: Dancing With the Starts, and So You Think You Can Dance.  I would love the opportunity to compete on DWTS, but I have no claim to fame to qualify for that show.  There's no way I'm near good enough for SYTYCD, but I can dream.  :)  One thing I like about SYTYCD is I see former contestants (mostly top 10) all over the place these days, so that show is a true launch pad for young people in that business.

One show that I watch on/off that I find fascinating is SyFy's Face Off - so far they are keeping the show focused on the creative aspect of the competition and away from too much drama.  I've always been interested in the behind-the-scenes work on movies/TV, and showing what it takes to be a make-up artist is fascinating - how creative these people are is good to watch.  Maybe someday I'll read some of their names on various movie credits.

would you ever go on a reality show and do you watch them? I do
I do believe we all are on a reality show called real life. These shows are just reality comedy or comedic drama.  :)

I don't watch reality TV... So I can't really say whether or not I would because I have no knowledge of the whole thing.
