While i dont floss everyday i do floss at least a couple of times a week.  i hate the string floss as it is always coming unstrung from my fingers so i use the floss sticks my favorite are the ones with the little hair like pieces on the end due to the tightness i have around some of my teeth.

Oh yes, flossing is a must. I try to floss after every meal. I never used to floss in the past
until I got a few cavities. I don't really like the string floss. I use Plackers. They don't shred or break.
They are awesome!  ::)
