if your survey runs you through the iansmiley ads...just skip these/click no thanks. those are the ones with the fine print that charge you. i know when some people first start doing these offers, they are not sure what and if they should fill out everything on every page. so, no. these initial offers do not charge you. just be careful when going through the pages that you aren't offering up info for an exterior? offer.
