Support for Safari and Chrome browsers
« on: January 02, 2014, 06:22:10 am »
Okay, I love FusionCash and think it is one awesome site. But the one thing I don't understand is why there is no support for Mac computers and also Safari and Chrome browsers. I would love to be able to do the searches everyday as well as do the transcriptions. But they do not work on a Mac or Safari or Chrome. Will FusionCash ever consider adding support for Macs fully as well as Safari and Chrome? I hope they will look into this. What is everyones take on this?

There are plenty of people who use Chrome here.  The difference may be that they're using it on a Windows-based computer and not a MAC.  I, personally, am using Windows 8.1 with Firefox 26 and don't normally have any issues.  I did for a bit when the Admin changed the website, and for that period of time, I used Internet Explorer (which I can't stand, LOL).

As far as being compatible with a MAC, I can't help you there.  I'm not an Apple user.  They seem too limited to me.  I can't use many of the software programs I like to use on a MAC or Apple product, so I just don't go there.  Maybe you can fill out a Support Ticket and ask?

I have an Apple computer and use Chrome. I have no issues doing the transcription task.

I have not tried to download the FC toolbar, but I remember reading that the compatibility issues with that and Chrome were because of how Google runs that browser, not FC.

I have a mac computer which I dearly love but I have found that safari does not always connect well with Fusion Cash. I have taken offers on safari and sometimes get credit but other times do not. I can do my daily email and paid to click using safari. I then switch to chrome for videos and radio loyalty. I attempt surveys using chrome or firefox. I have been able to download my tool bar to firefox and search using the toolbar on firefox. I now sign up for any offers using chrome or firefox. I have been able to complete offers using safari but then I have not always gotten credit.

The problem with safari is not just unique to fusion cash. I have a problem with other sites using safari. It was once explained to me that most of the offers on these sites are built for windows and that is why there is often a problem when using safari.
