Do they have your SS#?  If they don't then most likely they will not.  I wouldn't advertise the fact that I had made over $600.  I have seen some sites where you have to give a SS# up front so that IF you make over $600 they can send you a 1099.

According to the FC Terms of Service, the user is responsible for any federal/state taxes on earnings.

If you are in the US, just report the money as "hobby money" under the "Other Income" section of Form 1040 (typically line 21).

I am pretty sure we are responsible for such things.  The only way it should be an issue is with paypal.  If you withdraw a certain amount a month($500)I think...then it will be an issue.  Otherwise you are fine.
