food poisoning?

so i had severe belly cramps,runnybowels and vomitting ,no other symptoms can you have flu or virus without fever?

it could be food poising or a virus . There is a lot going around that doesn't involve a fever.
watch out for dehydration if you are not better in 12-24 hours I would call the doctor

Glad you're feeling better and could have been touch of food poisioning or a bug.  I had basically the same thing a few days ago but thought might be all the meds I've had to take for an acute sinus infection that I've had twice in the last 30 days.

My husband and I both had food poison a couple years ago after eating out. We were so sick for 2 days. I don't even want to think about it, it was so bad, lol.

Yes, I have had it and it's terrible! one year my entire family got it (6 people) and no one could take care of each other.. it was horrible.

I don't think I've ever had food poisoning.  I think I've got an iron stomach.  However just yesterday I had a bout of stomach upset.  I think it's due to several factors in my diet (I've been very naughty eating more Italian meals in the last week than ever) and the stress I'm under.  Thankfully by mid morning today my tummy seemed to be back to normal.
