What does this mean?
« on: December 29, 2013, 08:50:09 am »
Okay, I have seen this a lot lately and I think it is stupid and completely foolish and makes no sense.  Does any of my FC peeps out there know what this means???

Okay, I have seen twice on Dear Abby (on yahoo home page) and other places for example:  A woman wants to leave her husband because he has a girlfriend (shipping and handling included in the price) but he denies the girlfriend blah blah blah.  What does the (shipping and handling included in the price) mean?  It just sounds stupid.  Thought maybe somebody else might know what it is suppose to mean?  Cause it is driving me nuts.  Maybe it's the phrase of 2014 that will be banned at the end of the year? lol

Can you copy & paste it so I can see what you are talking about? It does not make senses as you are writing about it unless it's for a mail order bride? lol  ???

What it means is that the company you are buying a product from is adding the cost for shipping the product out to you either by mail ,UPS or Fed-ex. This company does not want to loose any money for shipping the product out to you from their pocket so they are adding that cost in with the cost of what you are buying. In other words, you are paying the company up front to sent you what you have ordered from them.

It has nothing to do with shipping.  I will see if I can find it again and I will post it.

When I click on the link the part in ( ) is not in the question.  I have seen this several times.  It just seems completely stupid.
