it's today never heard of it before but got an email about it it's big in the UK .I might look it up on wkipedia but don't really care .

It's definitely British, but extends to the whole British Commonwealth.  I have friends there and grew up with pen pals there.  It's a public/bank holiday celebrated the first day after Christmas.  It originated as the day tradesmen and servants got their Christmas "box" from their bosses.  :present:

Well, i would love the Christmas bonus from my boss.  lol  About 20 years ago, my work would say ohwa well, aren't we happy just to have this job! It is nice to get a Christmas box from work  :thumbsup:
