It probably won't credit.  That has happened to me before as well.  It should pop back up in a few minutes and then you can enter it.

Why isn't Radio Loyalty crediting?  Is anyone else having any trouble?  Or is it just me?

radio loyality didnt work today. I ran my spy cleaner before and after using it. there were 10 cleaned out after using it. I will uninstall and reinstall the sear bar today.  Hope its all working for everyone else.

No its not working for me either.  It lets me enter the info, but it won't credit, the screen just gets stuck.
Hope they fix it soon.  I like using the radio loyalty site.

I'm having trouble with RadioLoyalty myself today.  Every captcha I enter, it says it's wrong.  I'm going to clear my cache and start over, hopefully that'll get it back up and running!

I was having the same problem as krissi26 today.Every time I entered a Captcha code,I got the message that it was incorrect.Anyone can type in a wrong answer once,but I don't think I would miss that many in a row.After the 4th time,I turned it off.

I am getting that error for the last 2 days as well..  i didnt even bother to open it today..

It hasn't worked for me in weeks.  I emptied cache, changed stations, nothing.  I'll try tomorrow and see what happens.
