it's fun to mix things together and not have to bake them.
....just mix and eat.

I like the Jello brand no-bake cheesecake in a box. It doesn't get too much easier than that.

I so agree.  I love to make either peanut butter or chocolate fudge.  It's so easy to make and lasts no time at all around here when I do make it!  Another simple favorite is the Rice Krispies Treats.

Maybe so but I really have to object on this one. Making and baking a homemade New York style Cheese Cake is so much better then the Jello no bake! There is not even any comparison.

I had to laugh about the Cheesecake one....my husband, who loves cheesecake, said of the no bake one I used when the mix was on sale....well, its fast, its cheap and if you put enough chocolate and strawberries on it you's never know.  Guess he like the real thing best himself.

This year I tried a new cookie recipe which is a "no bake" one - it was fantastic.  Just boil some butter, sugar, milk, then add oatmeal and raisins/nuts/coconut and some baker's powdered cocoa.  Mix and drop on waxed paper to cool.  Was so easy and they are addictive!

I love the no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies.  I also like cheesecake that you don't have to bake better than the kind that you have to bake.
