Survey Problems.

I recently completed an FC survey successfully. Instead of taking me to the congratulations message from FC it is taking me to the congratulations message from Vindale Research instead. Does anyone have this problem? Please share your story.

No, not exactly the same problem but I am experiencing something similar. I just took a full survey with no problems at all and at the end when its suppose to take me back to fusioncash page, it says error. It won't even take me to a help page so I'm just letting it sit here because I don't want to close out, but I guess I'm going to have to just get over it.
I just think that if its going to have problems, why would it not have problems throughout the survey? I guess the only problem is paying me for all the time and effort I put into it.  They should care more about our time and make sure that the end works correctly.

That happened to me yesterday where I got the Vindale Research page. I never did get credit for the survey. I ended up just closing the page.

This has happened to me twice and I didn't get credit either time.  I'm also a member of Vindale, so I checked that account but didn't receive credit there either.

I have not had exactly the problem you describe, but I have had the following 2 problems:

1.  Not receiving credit for a completed survey
2.  Completing an offer on one site and getting credited on another site -- maybe b/c I have both sites open at the same time

Surveys are a hit or a miss. I do not qualify for many but I have had my best success with FC surveys. I get paid for most that I complete but there have been some issues. Thankfully, not too many. 

I have not had the exact problem that you are describing. First, you should give it at least 48 hours or so before you get discouraged. If you are not paid after one week, I think that it is worth your time to open a support ticket.  If that happens again, I recommend copying the page for a future support ticket in case you do not get paid.

I have had surveys I did not qualify for and was asked if I wanted to continue on to another survey. I always click no thanks. I only do FusionCash survey's.

Gees, I always click continue and didnt noticed that we missed the 1 penny DQ bonus everytime the next survey was disqualified too.. Next time, I will just click no thanks to locked in that penny.

I noticed too I seemed to have more issues when I "continue" trying to qualify for surveys.  I have had more luck with the smaller survey companies than with the large one with "lots" of surveys some how I cant qualify for their stuff.

I have had that problem a few times and I never got credit for completing the survey. Ugh. Some of the surveys happen that way and I don't know why. I hope they fix it so I can get credit for completing a survey.

Every time I complete a survey it takes me to a questionnaire for FC.  I just pray I get credit and I do.  Don't understand, but cant complain because I do get paid for them. God Bless

Unfortunately -- it seems every month there are 2-3 surveys I do not get compensated for

I had a problem like that too and I still have not got the credit for my survey. I contacted fusion cash and they said if I
don't get the credit in 2 weeks to contact them. It has been about 2 weeks now so I guess we will see what happens.
