Yes, you sure will achieve your goal if you dedicate a lot of time. That shouldn't be a problem though, FC is a very fun site to stay on all the time.

That's only an average of $1.20 a day which is completely doable.  I'm already at $41 for the month so you can certainly exceed the minimum if you put in the time and work

It seems like it took you 13days to reach $4.85 (and that's not bad) but here's a few suggestions so you could make even more.
Try setting a few goals for yourself. e.g. instead of aiming to cashout on the 30th aim for the 25th of the month, instead of making $0.50 per day aim for $1 then gradually see if you can step it up to an extra $50 as you begin to adjust.
