christmas presents
« on: December 08, 2013, 01:20:00 pm »
What does everyone want for christmas? I know for me all I want is to be able to see my boyfriend. I'm going by bus up to michigan to see him and hope I make it cause the weather is pretty nasty up north. Having your loved ones with you during the christmas season is better than any present. That's just how I feel.

I don't really care.  As far as people asking me what I want I don't know what to tell them.  I know most people in my family doesn't have any money.  Christmas will be skimpy this year.  But that's okay.  It's not about presents.  I am more upset over not being able to buy gifts that I would like to get for others.  But honestly most people already have everything.  I remember as a kid you could ask for something 6 months before Christmas and you wouldn't have it by then.  These days if people want something they go get it.  Credit cards were a wonderful invention in their eyes.  If I were just asking for random stuff I want assuming we were all rich...I would like a new ipad (whatever number we are up to now) and an ipad mini just so I can say I have one, a new laptop, amazon gift cards so I can order dvds...I don't know.  I don't NEED anything. lol
Except sleep.  I need sleep.  Thus I am heading to bed.  Goodnight peeps!

If this is an anything regardless of if it can be given or not, I'd love a job.  I've been working on improving my chances but haven't had any call backs yet.  Once I'm more free though, that should help.  Being the ride for my aunt with cancer has been hard on getting things done and going to interviews.

If we are talking actually presents, I've been really interested in getting a Wii U or this book on 3D modeling that I've heard is great.  Both are expensive so I don't know if I will get them, but it never hurts to ask.

All I want for Christmas is for everyone in my family to be healthy and happy.  I have just about got my Christmas shopping done, just have to get a few more things.  Hope everyone has a wonderful week and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

I agree that being with those we love is the best present of all. It's what the holidays are all about. I hope you make it out to be with your boyfriend for the holidays.

If we're talking in terms of presents I already got my stuff. Got some clothes, box sets, and tea. And in terms of everything else I already have it.
