radio loyalty having problems

Anyone else have problem with radio loyalty you get a captcha and the nothing for awhile I had 2 captchas in a hour.

Radio Loyalty is persnickety. It is working OK for me today, but it doesn't always work for everybody. Give it a rest for a half hour or so, then try again.

It does that sometimes. If I don't get a captcha after 20 minutes, I just close it and open it again. Usually that fixes it.

Do you use a timer?  I have one from online-stopwatch . com.

I have noticed that sometimes the captcha comes up, gets covered, and usually in a minute or comes up and I can enter it (usually a different one from the one that came up originally).

Other times, my timer goes off and the captchas doesn't come up -- never sure whether it's me or RL since I don't always start the timer right after I enter the captcha.

But when that happens, I start the timer and if the captcha doesn't come up in the next 10 minutes, I just refreshed the RL page and generally it works fine after that -- at least for a while.

Frequently, the captcha does come up within the next 10 minutes -- which means I got a captcha before the timer went off and I forgot to restart the timer.

I have the same problem but only if I wait too long to put the captcha in, but in that case if I close the radio and reopen it, it usually works fine for me.

Yeah had that happen. But recent was not crediting or delayed crediting

I've had problems with captchas so i will reload each one and no problem But now The radio won't load but the captcha still comes every 10 minutes. So at least i'm getting credit but don't get to listen to the radio.

I've noticed that I'm losing the sound of the radio station more recently.  I usually play with the white on orange speaker button and, sometimes, that will bring the sound back.  Seems to happen more to me on the Country station -- then I switch to the 80's station.

I've been having problems today on RL getting the captcha to appear. 
I always use a timer so I know about when the captcha should appear. 
Been listening from 10:30 through noon (EST).  Refreshed after the first 20 minutes (no captcha); got a captcha; went another 20 minutes with no captcha.

Closed the RL window and brought it up again; still no captcha after 20 minutes; shut the entire FC site down and will try again later.

Very unusual (for me).

Tried again around 3pm est yesterday-- captcha came up intermittently.  Frequently the captcha box came up and disappeared before I could enter the captcha.  Around 6pm, it started to work properly -- until 9pm.
Then the captcha box would show for seconds and disappear. Gave up for an hour; tried again. Worked for a while; quit for the day.
Figured that the captcha did not appear 20-25% of the time.

Tried again this morning -- no luck seeing captchas from 11:22am thru 12:13pm est; finally closed the RL web page and started again.  For the last 1.5 hrs it's been working okay.

it is best to clear all cookie and shut down the computer and try again. Try to use different browser.

That happened to me a few weeks ago but it has been fine since.

I had cleared my cookies at one point but that didn't seem to do much.

I did change from Chrome (which had worked quite well for several months) back to Firefox.  It has been working a bit better with Firefox, but I still lose a few captchas  -- both when they come up and disappear and when they don't appear at all.  But (fingers crossed) it working better than I expected with Firefox.
