Problem with FC profile surveys

Hi, I've gotten checkmarks next to two or three of the standard FC surveys on the left which include the profile and medical survey. However, when I finish the profile survey and or the medical im not awarded with a check mark to show it's been completed. I'm trying to finish all of them but can't because of this issue. There is no error message it just refreshes and does not show they've been completed.
