Since my hair is so fine now, i try to get it cut every 6 weeks. Keep it very short.  When it was long and full it was about 4 times a year for a trim.

Honestly not as often as I should. Usually once every two years. But I do trim my own hair during those times. Right now I could use a layered hair cut.
