ADMIN??? - PTC Getting Messy Again!

I had to switch to using Internet Explorer (11) for the PTC because it wasn't (and still isn't) working on Firefox 25.0.1.

With Firefox, I get through 99% of it, but when it comes down to the last step, which is where the TOLUNA page should open, it still doesn't and then it automatically takes me back to the step where I have to "Click here to collect your 15 cents."  This will happen over and over and I can never complete the PTC.

NOW... on Internet Explorer, on every other page, I am getting a LOG IN screen where I have to log back in to Fusion Cash.  I cannot complete the PTC because it won't let me.

I'm at a loss here.  I don't use Chrome and won't download it.  I don't understand why I'm having all these problems now with both IE AND Firefox.

Anyone else experiencing this??

OK, I waited a few more minutes and tried again in IE.  Had to clear out cookies, etc. (not used to doing this since I use Private Browsing in Firefox).  It worked, but what a pain in the butt!  I guess I'll have to remember to clear out all the garbage before logging in with IE.

I do it in Firefox every day without any issue. .I never clear anything on Firefox since I tend to do surveys on Chrome and all my other stuff on Firefox

Ladavia, what version of Firefox are you using?  I (and someone else who was also having problems) use Firefox v. 25.0.1, with Windows 8.1.

Why are you against using Chrome? 

I had problems with earlier versions of Firefox related to problems with my keyboard when entering the captcha on RL and switched to Chrome.  Haven't had any problems with Chrome.
In fact, I just added the Adblocker for Chrome and processing has improved.

I do use Firefox for other sites that don't require a heavy use of Adobe Flash, but for sites that involve heavy Adobe Flash usage (RL and several games), I use Chrome.

I'm using that version but on Windows 7

yep but have to switch browsers. i normally use opera but even having probs with 2 cent vids.

I use chrome on PTC, but I use FF for RL.   RL on my chrome browser turns over a lot. and I rarely get to successfully enter a captcha for credit!

I also use Firefox and have not had any problems with the PTC....
