Yes I have pain.  I had to stop eating all sorts of food.

Yes, I have crest syndrome and degenerative disc disease. Both of these cause pain.

I have leg pain from varicose veins. When I stand for any length of time the pain starts and then it throbs even when I sit. It has effected my knee so it is always swollen and hurts when I move it. But you have to just keep going because what other choices are there?

No, I get headaches but not chronic...

Oh my indeed i do. Most of this was caused by 2 major wrecks in less then 3 months. None of it my fault both idiots ran red lights. I was in major therpy for almost 2 years, and on light duty at work for almost 10 years before i left my job to get married and i am still going all the time to get my back worked on. I go to a chiropractor. he really helps, i do not want to take high powered drugs and cannot have surgery as i am allergic to the metals they would use and would proably have more problems then i do now. All this because someone had their head up there you know what.

i live with chronic pain and have done so for the last 20 years and sometimes it a struggle to just get out of bed but i do it for myself my guy and my family i can't give up now

I do a little I got bit by a dog that was fighting and it was bad and know when I work my hand and arm hurts all the time.  I can't afford to go to the doctors to find out that I have arthritis or something.  Now my girfriends sister has chronic pain all the time 24/7.

YES! I have chronic pain.  I am an pain all day everyday and cooler months are worst.  I have three lower disc that are bone against bone it was just bulging a couple of years ago, I am also loosing the natural curvature of my spine.  I have Fibromyalgia, restless leg syndrome, chronic fatigue, I have been suffering with this since 1998 but I didn't quit working until 2008 but I am not on Disability they wont give it to me.  They want me to find a job that will let me stand, sit, walk, and lay down during my shelf but I don't know any place of employment that will allow me to do work with those restrictions.

I'm sorry Blondie71.  That's a lot for someone to have to deal with on a daily basis.  God bless you!  I have headaches about every day; sometimes migraine but mostly I'm not sure what type headaches they are.  I just know they hurt!

Stretch a lot, don't get hooked on medications, it is only a bandaid solution. Exercise!

i never did until i gave birth to my first child on halloween of 2012 now i have become a stay at home mom which i am very thankful for because i have a lot of pain in my joints apparently the start of rheumatoid arthritis.  not that my pregnancy caused the issue it just seems to have exacerbated it because it apparently has run in my family quite a bit.
