My family has been doing both the last few years, they both taste so good. What does your family have for thanksgiving?
Sometimes we have both, but can't have Thanksgiving without turkey! Over the past 7 years, our family has had smoked and oven roasted turkey. I have been designated turkey smoker and enjoy the smoked turkey over the oven roasted. There are usually more oven-roasted leftovers than smoked turkey, too.

We do  :turkey: and ham.    But I think my favorite  thing is stuffing!  It is so easy to make I don't know why I don't do it more often.   LOL

It just wouldn't feel like Thanksgiving without the turkey, but the turkey probably would prefer that we have ham ;)

Both.  I love turkey but its not the same without the ham... I once had no ham and a lot of the family said it ruined the meal.... geez
