I think that it is a step in the right direction. It may not be the perfect solution, but it is a start to getting the millions of Americans that currently don't have health insurance access to quality healthcare.

i believe that this is a good concept.  however they have gone about it in the wrong way.  its not like it was a surprise when the role out for this was going to begin and so they should have made sure that the website would work.
