Well i made a direct deposit of 35$. My prepaid card charged me 19$  But i had 15$ to mess with thanks FC. I spent it on gas to go get my ol lady from another city.

I was having the same problem. I opened it up in paint and tried to change the format by going to save as, but that didnt get mine small enough. I tried everything I could think of then just changed my settings on my camera to take lower quality pics and retook it, worked like a charm!
