My absolute favorite toy when I was little was a farm set with a horse and other animals. I saw it in the Sears catalog and pleaded with my parents to buy it for me. Santa brought it for Christmas and I played with it for hours pretending that the horse was mine and I had a horse farm. I will always remember that toy and I did achieve my dream on a small scale.

I still have my favorite toy from when I was little.  It was a set of dolls made by Mattel called "The Sunshine Family.  The only thing I don't have is the dollhouse my father and grandfather made because my brother sat on it. :(

Growing up I didn't have alot of toys, but I remember playing with paper dolls, pickup sticks, and monkeys in a barrel. I guess alot of you probably don't have a clue about what I am talking about. I guess I am revealing my age,HA!HA!. My cousins and I used to spend hours cutting out the clothes that we would use to dress our paper dolls. There was another game we used to play with marbles. I am not able to remember the name but when I was growing up if you didn't have a bag of marbles then you were considered a no-body. Jacks was another one but most of us didn't have it because money was very tight when I was a small child.
