How do you like your steak?

When you go into a restaurant, or if you cook steak at home, how do you like it done? (Medium rare, Rare, Done,etc.)

Mine has to be well done...not even a little pink

I can't stand it to still have blood in it but I also don't like it well done where it is hard to chew so I get it medium to medium well.

Medium!! It is nice and juicy. But if I don't trust the place as much I may get well done. If I'm at a nice steak house maybe even medium-rare. Just depends but I love my steak juicy and my mouth is watering up just thinking about this ahhhh

I like my steak,(when I eat one) to be medium rare, that means just a little pink, not red. It keeps it very tender and juicy.

 I really love eating steak! I can eat it when it is cooked differnt times..but When we go into a restaurant I ask for it to be cook medium rare

I like steak, thick steak cooked medium rare, with a good sear outside.  It's easier to do inside in a pan, but the flavor's better when cooked outside.  America's Test Kitchen taught me to get the pan real hot to get that good sear which works great unless I set off the smoke detector.   

I used to really enjoy that show...its very good programming...I caught it on public broadcasting several years ago...it's been quite some time since I have viewed it, but I agree the steak is much better medium.  I can deal with medium-well though.
