problem with surveys

I'm getting this message after clicking any survey..
Bad Request - Request Too Long

HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.

what does it mean and what can I do?

I'm not sure you can do anything on that matter.. If it is a repeatable survey just try again.. If it is an FC Survey i would more than likely put in a support ticket.

Are you using chrome? Try the survey using another browser. I regularly use chrome but I had this problem for a few weeks. I used firefox during these weeks and then went back to chrome without further problem.

thanks, phil... it did work in FF... never had any problem in chrome before so hope they (either chrome or FC) fix it soon

Yeah, I had the same situation. I used chrome for many months. I never had a problem. Then, one day, I got that message when trying to access a FC survey. It kept happening although I did not have any problems accessing offers, viewing videos, forum, etc etc. I had to take surveys using firefox. Eventually the glitch got corrected but I still, for the most part, continue to take my surveys using firefox.

I have a mabook and I wonder if it is a glitch between safari and chrome.

 I'm having the same issues with Chrome lately   but don't have Firefox installed on my computer  wondering how hard it is to install it  I have IE but just as soon not use that  slows my computer down a whole lot
