What kind of books do you read?

What type of books do you like to read? I like to read Manga, Horror and Fantasy like Lord of the rings.

I've always got several books going at once:  mystery thrillers - a la Lee Child/P.D. James.  Art books - either bios, critiques or how-to, general fiction/literature - like Ian McKellan.  Once in awhile - Stephen King or Dean Koontz horror genre.

Just got a Nook and enjoy reading the books on it.  I'm able to get free e-books from my library.  Haven't been reading much in the last several years, so I lots of e-books to choose from.

My favorite book to read is my Bible, but other than that, I like Christian romance, they are up lifting, also enjoy motivational books.

I do read a decent amount but I don't ever read anything that is fiction.  I read baseball books and books on health, diet, and so on.

Normally  I'm a mystery person.  I figure it sorta gets my brain to work out who did it so it's strengthening my reasoning skills and such.  Recently though I've been reading more text book wise so I can learn the tricks for my job and improve my skill set.

I love reading, my parents gave me a kindle for Christmas last year, the best present ever.  I read mystery, thrillers, romance, I love paranormal and historical fiction (romance and paranormal), crime, fantasy, NO horror, but some suspense books are good, it all depends on the writer, there are some that I like better than others, and some that are either boring and/or bad narrators.
