yes I chew gum and no I don't play with the stuff.   last time my wife pitched a fit when I got the stuff in my hair. (Jk)   I like Doublemint and I chew gum to curb my appetite.

Sometimes usually stick form but I try and avoid gum because I have a bad habit of wanting to swallow it  not long after chewing and get another piece.

I always used to chew gum any kind bubble gum, chewing gum, etc. but now I still do but I have denture's and it is kinda hard to do it sometimes I take my teeth out to chew it lol

I have been chewing a ton of gum lately.  Always mint or some variation of that.  I am doing it simply to try and help me quit dipping.  Time will tell.

When I was a child, I loved chewing bubble gum.  I still do on occasion.  I buy Mentos gum and the Extra flavored gum.  I love the Apple Pie flavor.  My hubby tells me to stop smacking it.  It does exercise my mouth to chew gum.
