How to Plan A House( surprise) party? ( my first apartment!)

So next saturday I am having a surprise birthday party for my brothers 30th birthday and I am freaking out.  :dontknow: ???My brother and I have been not been very close in the past and over the last few month we have been trying to reconnect! SO this party is very important to me! But I am not sure what I need to DO......HELPPPPPPPPP! :crybaby2:
