Ok, I just received a reply to my support ticket. I would have replied there but the system does not appear to provide for a means of reply.
Here is what they said:
Several of the users you referred us were not eligible for membership at FusionCash. This can be due to several reasons: many of your referrals were from out of the country, and one of our requirements is that users be from the U.S. Several others entered false information, such as "asksadfksdkj" for their name or location. In order to be able to pay our users such as yourself for the legitimate referrals that they bring to our site, we sometimes have to deny illegitimate referral bonuses. We apologize for the inconvenience. The reason this was done retroactively is because we cannot have a computer system do it, we have a person do it for reasons of accuracy and therefore there is usually a delay.
Yes, I will agree that ineligible or fraudulent signups should not be credited but the sheer numbers of denials I am looking at statistically or percentage wise on my account show more than the expected occasional fraudulent or ineligible signup.
All I'm doing to promote FusionCash is to develop informative web sites (currently 11 or so) that list incentive sites with banners, links, reviews, and a bit of honest advice. I then optimize and heavily promote those sites to search engines and indices - nothing out of the ordinary or dishonest.
About the out-of-the-country argument... Wouldn't your script automatically check the registrant's ip address for obvious red flags such as them using a proxy server or out-of-country ISP node? (as is customary in the industry)
It appears as though I lost about 6 out of 10 of my new referrals.
The explanation does not seem to add up as logical to me but what else can I do?
Sit here and take it and try and keep a closer eye on the future situation and decide for myself whether or not I wish to hold and recommend FusionCash in such high regards and in such prominence on my sites.
