if i am awaiting an approval for a cashout, and i complete some offers while waiting, am i able to add those payments to my cashout?  or do i have to wait until i get at least another 25.00?

you won't get paid until 20th of july and you can keep completing offers until june 30th for that cashout. cancel the cashout and keep completing offers - then, on the 3oth - do your cashout.

yes, you are able to complete as many offers as you like over this time period.

I have done like 10 offers and still haven't been credited for them I've been stuck at $17

  ok, im confused.  how long does a cashout remain pending?  mine has been pending since 6-15-09 and still hasnt been approved.  did i do something wrong?

until around the 20th of the next month after the month you clicked on the "Cash Out" button.

No but you could've waited until the end of June to add more payments you got from completing the offers to your total earnings.
