My favorite retro candy is those candy buttons you had to eat off of the paper.

Wow what a trip back in time. Back then seems like candy was much better than it is today. Red hots, Mr. Good Bar and lemonheads.

My favorite is still around today... Jolly Ranchers.  I also like lemonheads, sprees and those candy necklaces.

rock candy for sureeee :icon_rr:
Oh my gosh! I would have a hard time choosing just one! Reading some of the comments and totally agreeing about most of the list; I guess I would have to choose either the salt water taffy or the rock candy. I did like the pixie sticks as well. The taffy reminds me of earlier years when at home with my Grand- mother. We would have old fashion taffy pulls around this time of year. My Grand-mother was a firm believer in making home-made candy for presents during the holidays. I must say, there wasn't too many people who could stand with her in this category. I really miss those days of my child-hood. Thanks for taking me down memory lane! Happy Halloween every-one! :peace:

My favorite retro candies are Skittles and Tootsie Rolls.  When I was growing up, banks would give Tootsie Rolls to children.  I am 36 years old and I still love Tootsie Rolls!

Some of my favorites were pop candy and fun dip.  Haven't had either in a long time.

PEZ candy!  Although I must admit it is mostly because of the dispensers, which I collect.

I also loved the old fashioned hand made rock candy. M&M's, Mr. Goodbar, Chocolaty Payday, Salted Nut roll were some of my other favorites.

Bubble Tape!!!
Opinion: 1) a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter 2) belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge
This is the internet, learn to let people have opinions. And don't be so sensitive.  8)
