I love the commercial bakery cakes.  Yellow cake with butter cream frosting.  Makes me hungry to think about it :P

My all time favorite kind of cake is German chocolate cake with the coconut pecan frosting. My Mom used to make it for Dad's birthday every year. Now we make it for him.
