I love carrot cake,however my favorite cake is apple cake with cream cheese frosting,I mean it is habit forming,try it this week and you'll see what I mean.

Dark chocolate with fudge frosting and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.  That combination does a lot for me emotionally.
