To teenage girls and young ladies:  I do not usually watch Dr. Phil, but I happened to see the last part of it yesterday. I never had this problem and, fortunately, neither has my daughter, my only child. However, I have known of many young female family members and friends who have been victims of domestic abuse. This show was about that topic. At the end of the show, Robin McGraw showed and explained a program she is rolling out for young women, especially teens, to use to protect themselves against their boyfriends or husbands who are abusing them. As she explained, the program seeks to begin with teens so that they will understand what abuse and what real love is. I was also impressed with the phone app that is tied to the website, which is all FREE. Please go to the website if you are in this situation and don't know what to do. It is VERY important.
