I eat every 2 - 3 hours  I start with a protein shake as soon as I get out of bed.  Then mini meals every 2 or 3 hours.   I have been eating this way for a little over a year and have been able to lose quite a lot of weight.

I eat lunch and dinner and a snack, also.  However, I may start on the mini-meal schedule.  I've heard it works well, especially for those like me who are diabetic.

I am so traditional and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner just the way we did at home every day. It was our get together time. We talked and shared. I've just continued on with the habit in my own home.

I eat more than 3 times a day if you include my snacks. I guess that is why I have a weight problem! However, I am not inclined to go on a diet either. I just love food. Now that I am close to 60, I want to enjoy all that I can and food is on the top of my list. Taste life!

i usually eat lunch and dinner...both very light..i sometimes have a snack before 8..but i never eat after 8
