You have to be willing to face the truth even if it hurts. Hard times comes with valuable lessons. It's okay to let go. Sometimes you need to let go so that you do not loose yourself.

The truth will set you free.  I know that's only a saying; however, it rings true for me.  I believe it's important to get everything out on the table with everyone.  Honesty is important to me even if someone is telling me something I might not want to hear.

I am willing to face the truth because I would hate to live a lie. The truth is realistic and whether good or bad helps you with improvement to yourself. This can only be positive toward you mental, spiritual and emotional being. Knowing yourself is loving yourself.

I have a habit of telling the truth, lying can only get you into trouble. Plus then you would have to try to remember any of the lies you told. There are times i wish i could have kept my mouth shut so i would not have hurt someone, but it just comes out.  It is as bad as stealing.

I'd rather hear the truth than spend one extra second devoted to a lie.  The old cliché comes to mind, Life is too short to waste.  I've had to face the truth many times, and mostly came out better for it.

Not only do you have to face the truth, you also have to admit when you are wrong. If you do both, you will be a much better person inside and out.

I understand that the truth is a bitter pill to swallow.  But I would rather face the truth, as bitter as that pill is, than to have it colored by a lie.

ABSOLUTELY!! The TRUTH may be hard to deal with sometimes but it's better to deal with the TRUTH NOW then to waste time and energy on a LIE!! Eventually the TRUTH will come out and you're gonna have to DEAL WITH IT!
