I know people have posted suggestions for bonuses for high earners and that has been already proven to not be a good idea.  I am suggesting something close to that, though, but not financially.

What do you think about Admin posting a high earners board monthly just for recognition (like the stars in the Forums)?

I think it would be nice to acknowledge in a graph monthly the top five earners, the top five task earners, the top five referral bonus recipients, the top five survey income recipients, the top five from Kohler's promos, etc.  I do think that it would be good recognition and would be motivational - and stars could be earned as well for maintaining position in the top five list.

I like this idea for acknowledgement and recognition, although, I do see myself that it has it's pros and cons.  I would hope that it could be motivational without leading to that competitive spirit.  I think that it would be nice to have that graph and to be able to come into the Forum and have a thread to congratulate those who have worked hard for it.  It's also good because month after month it is hard to come up with thirty viable new topics sometimes that have not been done to death.

I don't know, just a thought...what do you think?

I think its a good idea to show how people are actually earning money instead of all the people complaining that they can't earn money because they can't get referrals, qualify for surveys, etc.

That sounds like the best most doable idea for Fusion cash I've ever heard on the forum. It won't take any extra funds from Fusion cash budget to post a top five in these categories. Also it would be motivation for those that re achieving and for those that aren't.  This is really an idea Fusion Cash should take into consideration.
