I took it when I was in my 20s, but haven't been in any more classes since. I did learn enough to kick a guy in the nads. I felt really bad that my friend got a practice punch. I said"I thought you were going to block it!" I felt I could get by after that.

I like to even though I get so nervous. I'm not that great of a singer, but it's fun to try.
