The same thing happened to me but then they all caught up and I was credited for multiples at a time.

I had a hard time intering the capcha in radioloyalty lately. Hopefully it will fix soon.

Yes this was happening to me also, after about an hour it still hadn't crediting. I know it sometimes credits on a delay so hopefully it will catch up.
