Wear ear plugs. I live in an apartment with noisy neighbors next door who allow their little kids to ride the bike on wood floors late at night, and who also has a barking dog. Talking to them didn't work.

Wear some ear plugs and keep your ears close to the pillow. Hopefully if you are really tired, you should be able to get some sleep.

maybe take a sleeping pill or call your neighbor to see if they can keep the dog quiet

Put on some music in the back ground to drown out the dog.
Have a talk with the neighbors maybe they are no the cause.
I pray you get your sleep God Bless

Check your local ordinances related to noise.  If the dogs are disturbing the peace, you might try talking to the neighbor.  Otherwise, involving the law might be required, unfortunately.

Go and complain to neighbors if that does not help call the police. It sounds messed up but you do need your sleep to do whatever it is you do or plan to do. The worst thing that could happen is Neighbors turned evil, dog gets vocal cord taken out,Dog gets put down. so yeah its messed up but you need your sleep everyone does. Its the neighbors job to train/teach the dog how to separate suspicious people/animal/things from neighbor hood people/animal/things.

throw a bone out the window.  if you don't hit it and knock it out then maybe it'll stop barking and chew on it awhile.  :dontknow:

First you talk to neighbor whose dog is making all the noise and if that doesn't help report it to the Police.  Some people are *bleep* and really do not give a damn about your comfort.

How annoying. You're going to have to complain.

I have a neighbor that lets her kids stay out until all hours of the night and they stand out there yelling at each other, it is very bothersome, but I hate to involve the law, so I know what you are going through. But when it affects our lives too, I think we have to call in help if talking to them doesn't help.
