radio credits

 ??? I have been listening to the radio since 11:30pm to 12:47am and only received 2points in all that time.  I even put in the catcha  but just received 2 points so far. Is there something wrong.

Try to clean out your cookie.  If the problem still the same try to contact admin for help.  Hope this will help you.

Yes, there is a problem with RL generating all the credits you should be getting.  I played RL yesterday for more than 12 hrs (I do like the music).  Received 15 credits when I would normally have gotten 70+.

Same problem today:  have been playing RL for 4 hrs.  Would have expected more than 20 -- have gotten 5. 

Several members (including me) have submitted tickets to FC Support and I'm sure they are looking into the problem.

I've also sent an email to Radio Loyalty -- hopefully they are addressing the issue also, but I'm not sure they are fully staffed for support issues over the weekend.

I'm really surprised that I haven't seen anything from support of admin about this. Usually they are very quick about issues like these.

I have received a response from Support.  Like most things involving systems trying to figure out what exactly is causing the problem and then solving is not always that simple:

"We are currently investigating issues with the RadioLoyalty program. More than a couple users have come forward with similar experiences. This ticket is being moved to the Admin queue for the Admin to review. We appreciate your patience as sometimes pinning down the exact cause of an issue can take some time."

Looking forward to a return to normalcy -- but until then, I working the videos.

I am getting some RL credits through and but there is an obvious delay in crediting.  Not sure whether logging off and then coming back on improves the response, but it might.

I have tried logging in and out and RL credits are still not being given.  The problem, as everyone knows started on the 29th of September and still continues.  I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that listens to RL all day long (when can) and that I'm not the only one with that problem.  I'm only getting one cent credit anywhere from 3 hours later to 24 so I switched to the videos because I almost never qualify for any of the surveys so that's just a waste of time for me.  Thankfully there is always at least 5 videos at 1cent a piece so I can still get my PTC 15cents.  A little bit bummed because without RL this cash out isn't going to look so good. :'(

I can;t even submit a support ticket. When I try it redirects me to clicked credits?   I've turned RL OFF for now.

I don't guess there is a need to flood Support with tickets since they are aware of the problem??  Guess I'll just hang in there until we get a notice that the issue has been fixed.  I hate missing out on RL cause I enjoy the music and listening most of the day always gives me several extra $$ during a months' time.

Same here. It's starting to look better. I currently have 20 credits for the day right now, and I usually made that much when radioloyalty wasn't working that well.

Got another response from Admin.   Expect things to return to normal by the end of the week -- and, just as important, all the earned credits will show up in your account.

Admin's response:

"Please be patient as we work to correct any issues you may have experienced over the last several days related to RadioLoyalty.

Know that your earned credits are not lost, but are just not displaying properly within your account. This all should be corrected by the end of the week.

If, after the week, you still do not see your missing credits - please do not hesitate to open another ticket and we will investigate."

I seriously thought it was just me and that I was being impatient it's comforting to know it's not just me! I'm actually having an issue with anything crediting today. I wanted to get my 5 cents so I could do the paid to click so I turned on the radio and tried some survey's...disqualified from all. Then, I tried videos...watched them all and didn't get credited wasn't getting credited from the radio, then signed up for a site off of here didn't get credit and then did one of the 24 hr survey's and got nothing but i did get credited for the daily email hahaha I think I need to chill out and hope for a delay.
