I'm sorry that some of you are having issues with radio loyalty.  My only problem has been with the impossible captchas that pop up periodically.  When that happens it's like a game with me.  I'm determined to decipher the code no matter how long it takes.  Sometimes I click the "new captcha" button ten times or more trying to guess what the letters could possibly be.  I usually get one where I can figure it out.  I do remember one time when I finally had to give up and quit trying.  Thankfully, these hard codes don't happen very often.

I thank goodness it is not just me.  I tried making some credits on another site and thought I mess up and could not earn money anymore because of it.  Hopefully they will get it fixed soon. God Bless

It's been the second day for me too.  I've done even typed the codes correctly and it reloaded but no credit to my account.  Something must be going on with it.  I thought it was just me but since I'm not the only one with the same problem it has to be the RL page itself.  I've posted a ticket for help.

Entered six captcha's today only received credit for two. Hopefully this problem will be fixed soon.

You know ever since they started the new website in aug. I’ve had nothing but problems.  First it was logging in.  Then because they changed the paid to click rules.  Now Radio loyalty isn't working.  It's supposed to be instant credit and it's more like no credit or random when there is credit.  And whose fault is it?  does one complain to Fusion Cash or to Radio Loyalty?

I opened a support ticket for RL because it’s not giving me instant credit like it’s supposed to.  When I do get the credit it’s a full 24hrs later and it’s only ONE cent no matter how many I actually do.  Fusion Cash support is usually right on top of these things and I haven’t had a problem with them so far but this is a series problem with the RL page itself since I’m not the only one with it.  They need to do something about the page.  I go on offers clicked and it’s not even showing me RL so it’s like I have no real proof it’s even happening.

I think they should suspend the rules of paid to click while RL isn’t working.  I mean all offers to everyone should be available and since it isn’t that nickel to earn before getting paid to click shouldn’t be in place.  For someone like me, I never qualify for any survey and with ½ cent videos (which if one has to earn a nickel there shouldn’t even be any ½ cent videos) I relied on RL for that nickel.  With RL not working I went back to the videos and luckily there has been at least 5 that were one cent a piece so I was able to earn the nickel but what if there isn’t?  The number of videos vary per day and I stopped doing the videos when the new PTC rules came out because that day there was nothing but ½ cent videos and the total of them wouldn’t have given me nickel I needed.

As of Oct. 21 I noticed that Radio Loyalty has sorta worked.  It’s not instant credit like it used to be but it’s been accurate at least a half an hour or so later but I’ve only done like three sets at time.  But it’s still a lot better than before.

Now that Radio Loyalty is sort of working it looks like it tries to find new ways to screw someone over.  That stupid ‘earn rewards while you listen advertisement’ has been overlapping the captcha code.  I have to wait until the commercial on the left is finished then I have a split second to either hit the play or look at the words otherwise when the following commercial starts the ‘earn while you listen’ overlaps it again.  It’s so frustrating.  Why can’t they get it back to the way it used to be?  Instant credit with no strings attached.

I noticed I have not been credited for five times I did the capcha. I do check early on to see if I'm being credited. If I'm not I stop.

Michelle, I'm like you I don't get much from surveys, so I have to do other things for credit. I totally dislike d doing things I'm not being rewarded for. One day all things will be relative and we would receive credit more often than not for our efforts.

I had a minor problem with my Radio Loyalty today.The channel buttons didn't load with the rest of the page and I was stuck on Electric FM for a while.It played and the Captchas came up when they were supposed to,I just couldn't change channels.It is working normally now.
