Is anyone else having problems with this offer?  I usually like to listen to the radio while I do other things but have not been getting credit for it the last 2 days.  I put in the Captcha but it does not reload and no credit is given.

While I have notice having occasional problems with getting the captcha to "take", I can't tell whether the credit was given or not.  This is one offer that I do not check every time.

But over the last couple of days, I've still gotten more that $.50 from RL.

My OS is Windows 7 and I use Chrome to run RL since it seems to work better with the Adobe Flash that is used with RL.  Hopefully, you have more than 2 giga bytes of working memory (RAM) on your computer.  RL uses a lot of CPU and will slow your computer down if you don't have adequate RAM  (or try to use other processes that use Adobe Flash too -- ie games)

If you haven't cleared your cookies recently, that will also improve your PC's operations.

Mine was crediting me early yesterday but not in the evening when I got home from work. And still not getting credit this morning.

why  is   this  slow  on  crediting  today?  I had  no problem  until  late  last night  and today?

Based on the comments of folks in the Forum, I decided to check the crediting of RL.

I started RL around 12:10pm est 9/28/13, and worked it faithfully until 1:04pm.  The captchas came up and I was able to enter them and have them accepted, but NONE of them credited.

I did one late last night (3:20am) that one did not credit at that time, but it showed up as a credit when I came on at noon today.

I submitted a support ticket to FC Admin and RL technical area on this issue around 1:30 pm today.

Still a problem; continue to listen and am checking whether anything credits (only 2 credits so far today when I normally would have had 18)

I have had a problem with Radio Loyalty crediting today.I put in the Captchas and the page reloaded every time,but I didn't get credited nearly as many times as I should have.I turned mine off.

I've been having similar issues since yesterday, Support said they saw 20 credits while I'm seeing only 12, the same occurred today again, just submitted another ticket.

    I just replied to this problem also. This has been going for a couple days. I hope they get the problem fix.

Yes you are not alone.  I did probably between 8 and 10 radio loyalty this evening and didn't get credit for any of them. I had a little trouble with the code saying I entered it incorrectly even though I didn't.  But then enter it again and it excepts it and refreshes fine.  First time I have ever had a problem with it.

It's been an issue for me as well, it started yesterday, did about 10-15 in the early morning and got credit for 2, did 4 at night time and got credit for all 4. This morning I've done about 7 and no credit so far. It takes my captcha nicely and refreshes beautifully every time, except there's penny after penny missing from my account every time also. :-'(
