I want credit for what I do on FC

I joined the Rite Aid Wellness Program today. I did a bunch of videos, tried to do some surveys and tried to do tasks. Wanna know what I made? A lousy $.26. That's right. I spent a couple hours here for $.26.

Do you know how frustrating that is? Under offers is a bunch of problems I had. I think I found the why for these problems so we will see, but it's been a real pain to come on here hoping to make some $$ and winding up with a few cents. I've already lost money from the 180-day deal and stand to lose my sign up amount today. I just can't spend another 8 hours here hoping to keep from losing those $$. Like others, I did the Thomas Train videos and had to do them 3 times before I got credit ONCE.

Fushion Cash - get your act together. Start giving credit when these tasks are done. I don't want to hear that it's the sponsors fault. After completing a project, whether it be a video which, BTW, the screen does turn black as if I'm getting credit, but then don't, surveys, offers, or what-have-you, it's something with your programs. I'm tired of wasting time...and that's what is happening when not getting credit.

Have you tried clearing your cookies and browsing history on a regular basis? I get credit for at least 95% of what I do so it's not like the site just doesn't pay

Maybe some of their offers/videos takes time to credit. I've had credits come in 4-5 days after I've done the offer. Give it a few more days

As far as the 180 day rule goes, you just need to make sure you're cashing out with at least $25 (at least $15 of which comes from offers) at least every 180 days. It's easy to get to $25 in offers even if all you're doing is paid to click, daily emails, videos, and a few surveys.

I really think they are having a problem or something.  I'm not getting credit everytime either.  I've put in support ticket and still no fixes.  I figure they will get around to me sooner or later.  Still waiting.

Someone keeps telling me to clean my cache and cookies. That's the first thing I do every morning. I also delete my browsing history. That's not the answer. I restored my computer the other day to an earlier date thinking it would help, but it didn't.

I haven't hit $25. It not easy to get there when you don't get credit for what you do here. Because of it (not getting credits), in the past 3 days, I have now lost over $8 because my 180 days were up. I rarely qualify for survey's - on the average of 1 or 2 a month. I do the daily email paid to click, videos, and when I have time, I do tasks. I get credit for the daily email all the time but that's the ONLY thing. When doing videos, there were a lot of times I didn't get credit for them. Like I said, I joined the Rite-Aid Wellness Program and didn't get credit for it, either. Whenever I don't get credit for a task, it just makes me furious. It's been twice as bad since the new site has been implemented even though I like it better.

BTW, the rules state that you shouldn't sign up for offers just for the money. I don't. I was really, really interested in the Rite Aid program and I signed up. I got my temporary card, too, so why didn't I get credit for joining? I do only videos I'm interested in watching and I do CrowdFlower tasks that I'm interested in doing. Oh, yeah, because of a problem not being able to find a site because it doesn't show up on 10 pages of a search on one job (only showed 4), I've made a whole $.05 in 2 weeks. Yet the task is trying to make me answer a question that doesn't exist because the site didn't exist. Figure that one out.

Fusion Cash is not my life and I can't sit here all day hoping I'll finally get credit for something I did. I'm to the point that if things don't change soon, I will be going bye-bye.  I don't have a problem anywhere else. Sorry to vent but that's the way it is with me. I was very happy to be part of this site but have never had so many frustrating moments in the past couple months.

It is very frustrating to go through the site and not get paid for what you do.. That usually happens when you put false info in/ and or didn't read the full requirements.Or you did not clear the catche or you need to enable cookies. Alot of things can go wrong.. You can always watch the tutorial video's that old buddy has up for tips and hints on how to solve some of your issues.  If you did everything and still do not get credit i would deffinetly put a support ticket in to see if you can get the problem solved. They are really nice and helpfull. What could it hurt? The tasks and the videos glitch here and there and  if you don't get credit just move on to something else.. This site really has alot of diffrent  opportunities to get paid..You got, Surveys, Offers, videos, Radio,Rerferals, Forum bonus,Paid to call, Paid to click, Daily cash email,And even cash back for shopping.  I am not going to sit here and tell you that i know everything and i have the answers because i don't.. Some offers work and some don't the same with tasks, videos, and anything else on the site.. Alot of times it's not you it is the offer. When that happens you just move on or you put in a support ticket.. If they can't fix your problem or help you maybe people in the forums have had the same problem and can help you.. It's all up to you.. You have the tools to help yourself or get help. I really hope you get credit soon. If you don't i wish you luck in the site or wherever you choose to go after this site..

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with crediting and losing money. I have had some offers and surveys not credit, we all have. It does suck, and sometimes so does the 180 day rule. Be patient and send support tickets when offers don't credit, and make sure to save ALL confirmation emails just in case.

That's the problem. I've put in support tickets before and no answers. The Rite Aid offer definitely should have been credited since I got my temporary wellness card. This one really infuriates me because it would have put me over the top for my first cash-out. As it stands, between the last 2 days, I have lost $8 because of not getting credit for tasks. When closing a video, the video page turns black like it's supposed to and that's supposed to mean you're getting credit for that video. Not so. I've sat throse 9 minute videos for a penny and did not get credit. i've even waited more than the time the video took to make sure I got credit and still didn't get the credit. Yesterday or Sat. 5 videos and got credit for 4.

The only thing that's been reliable is the daily email and PTC.

I am sorry you are still having trouble getting credit for what you do. I am at a total loss of words.I literally have no other answer i can think of to help you. I think there is only 1 person that answers support tickets and i do remember seeing that there has been alot of support tickets lately and that it might take a while to respond,the person must be overwehlmed with support tickets. I'd give it some time because they do eventually answer.. Sometimes it takes longer than normal but i think thats due to one person answering a whole community. I could be wrong don't quote me on that.
The only other thing i can think of is.. You being logged in on another computer or browser or device.. But i don't see you not getting the credit for em beause of that.. That's why i am at a total loss of words.. Hopefully you get the issue solved soon Good Luck

I'm sorry you are having so many problems with not getting credit.  There have been a few videos that haven't credited for me but not many.  Today I did over two hours of radio loyalty and no credit for any of them.  First time for me to have that happen.  Hope you get some answers soon and start getting credit for what you've done.

Not everyone qualify the offers FC give you.  I think if you clean your cookie and try another offers to see.  Remember, to read on the rule that they require carefully so you don't miss any step of the offer.  If after that you still have problem contact the admin for help.  I think they will glad to help you.

Just a question.  Has this problem been going on for the whole time since you joined Fusion Cash?  For the entire 180 Days?  Fusion Cash Administrator, are you listening and hearing of all these problems one of YOUR members is having?  You need to fix what ever the problem is and give him credit for what he has done, and you need to fix it NOW!!!  And while your at it look at the radio loyalty as it is not crediting going on for at at least two straight days now.

Wow, I have seen a couple of disgruntled members, but not to this degree.  My experience w/FC has been pleasant.  Cash out on time and don't lose your $5.00 bonus like I did.  Ouch!!  Everyone once in awhile the videos don't seem to credit or something, but overall FC does a great job.  Sorry for your frustration.  I feel ya.
