What childhood games do you remember as a kid?

I also remember 4 square, playing tether ball, jacks, marbles, dodge ball, hop scotch, and others. Fun games without technology.

I can remember when I was a kid that all the kids in the neighborhood would get together at night and play hide and seek.  Sometimes it would be Red Rover or Kick ball.  We didn't have video games and cell phones.

Hide and Seek, there was like 10 of us and we enjoyed it!!

We mainly played hide and seek, tag and catch.  I really liked playing trench in elementary school, too.

I absolutely loved playing hide and go seek as a child. Simon Says, and Red Light were also my favorites. I really looked forward too long summer evenings with my friends. I enjoyed being a child, and I'm thankful to have so many childhood memories.

We used to go out in the woods near my house and make traps (pretending we were in a war). We never intended them to do any harm, 99% were either harmless or didn't work, but I think we managed to injure an opossum once.
